· Shipping

Eloka offers a range of shipping options to best suit your needs and aims to have your goodies on their way to you within 2 business days. Please allow extra time and patience during the Covid-19 outbreak and during peak periods.

- Regular shipping is $10.95 – please allow 4 to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive.

- Tracked express shipping is $15.95 – please allow 2-6 business days for your parcel to arrive.

Eloka Soul Sista uses Aus post to deliver their packages – meaning each delivery is carbon-neutral and kinder to our planet.

· Refunds and Returns

Eloka takes the utmost pride in everything we do and make sure to pack each order with the utmost love, care and protection – but Eloka gets it –

sometimes things get broken in transit and sometimes things don’t arrive at all.

Unfortunately, once your parcel has left Eloka’s hot little hands we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise – Please contact AusPost here for support.

To reach out regarding breakages and exchange requests, contact hello.eloka.soulsista@outlook.com.au with your order info and pictures of the damaged products within 72 hours of receiving your package.

Unfortunately, Eloka cannot offer refunds for a change of mind or incorrect choice – so make sure to check your cart before checking out!
